How to Choose the Right Bulk Order Christmas Crackers for Retail?

  • What is your budget and when do you require delivery?

Providing the customer with choice and not just variety 

Whether you are a seasonal buyer or cover many sectors, your buying considerations will be the same. 

Each product on your prospective line list has a role to play in your range. 

Why would the customer select one item over another? Would enough of your customers choose it to make it a commercially viable option or are you offering variety rather than real choice? 

A good way to sanity check this is to rank each product within the range according to your anticipated sales and apply the 80/20 rule to evaluate each option. 

Bringing the plan to life and maximising the results 

The best laid plan is just the start. It is once the planning has been done, product specification and negotiations begin. 

It’s a mistake to think that the is just about price. Negotiations around volumes, packaging, delivery time and method as well as payment terms should all be considered.
