What happens when you fill out our enquiry form?

We appreciate that you don’t want to be inundated with spam. We assure you that just isn’t our style.

Your email will go to our admin team. They will then send your enquiry to the appropriate account manager, depending on the nature of your business, which products you are interested in and the questions you pose.

The account manager will then come back to you via email with answers to your queries.

Your enquiry will also be logged on our internal system so we can keep track of whether you have had your question answered in a timely and helpful manner!

We tend to respond within 24-48 hours to form submissions. If your query is urgent or time sensitive, best pick up the phone and call us.
